Shipping policy
All orders are processed and will ship after a standard 48-hour handling window from the time the purchase is completed. Please note that this processing timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. While we work quickly to get your packages out, delivery transit times can vary, and it will take longer if any unexpected exceptions occur. Shipping exceptions may include, but are not limited to, high order volumes, carrier delays, severe weather conditions, customs processing, or incomplete address details at checkout. Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor its progress.
